Zhou Li

Postdoctoral Scholar

Zhou Li received his B.S. in Safety Engineering from Central South University in 2014 and his PhD in Safety Science and Engineering from the University of Science and Technology in 2021. His thesis was titled “Synthesis and Modification of Metal Oxide Nanomaterials for the Detection of Poisonous and Harmful Gases”. Before joining Xlab as a postdoctoral scholar, he worked as a visiting graduate student in the department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley. His current research interests include the synthesis of porous materials including graphene aerogels and metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) and their applications in sensing areas.
